Shipping Policy
Standard shipping arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping speeds things up to 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers the next business day if your order is placed before 2 PM PST. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak times or holidays, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Use it to stay updated on your delivery’s progress.
If there are any issues with your shipment—such as delays, incorrect items, or other concerns—contact us at info@carozalashes.com, and we’ll help resolve them as quickly as possible.
To avoid delays or lost packages, double-check that your shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email info@carozalashes.com immediately. Changes can only be made if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for unwanted items. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or worn lashes. Items purchased during sale periods or with exclusive offers are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@carozalashes.com within 7 days with a description and photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.
To start a return, contact us at info@carozalashes.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you’d like an exchange, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service.
Caroza Lashes does not cover return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Each pair of Caroza lashes is handmade, meaning slight variations may occur. These differences are part of their unique design and are not considered defects.
