Our lashes don’t come with adhesive. We recommend using your favorite lash glue for a secure hold.

With proper care, you can reuse Caroza Lashes up to 10 times. Clean them gently after each wear and store them in their original packaging.

Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight shipping: Next business day if ordered before 2 PM PST

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally run promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our emails for updates!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to stay updated on your delivery.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to help. Email us at info@carozalashes.com as soon as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lashes cannot be returned.

Email info@carozalashes.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Email us at info@carozalashes.com within 7 days with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

General

It’s easy:

  1. Gently remove the lashes from the tray.
  2. Measure them against your lash line and trim if needed.
  3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the band and wait 40 seconds for it to get tacky.
  4. Press the lashes along your lash line, starting from the center.

Absolutely. We recommend our natural and light styles for a seamless look that won’t interfere with your frames.
